Postage cost and delivery time
Up to 100g $1.00
Over 100g and up to 200g $2.00
Over 200g and up to 3kg 6.10
Over 3kg and up to 6kg $10.00
If you are trying to order items over 6kg please email for shipping cost as you will not be able to proceed through the shipping cart.
Delivery time with in NZ is 3-5 days after full payment is clear

You can Pay direct into our account, Send us a check or by using Pay mate, Pay mate except most credit card and is a great free way pay if you are in New Zealand

Emails & Newsletters 
If you aren't receiving order confirmations, resent passwords, newsletters etc, please check your 'Junk Mail'. We usually send an Newsletter emails every 3 months and a birthday special in October.
Unsubscribe options are at the bottom of each email or you can click on newsletter unsubscribe in the information box on our main page.

Teacher/parent discount
If you are a teacher, parent or centre purchasing regally from our site, You will be sent a Discount code which you can used When ordering.
There are 3 discount levels, bronze, silver and gold everyone starts on level one (silver).
The more you order the higher you discount.
You will also receive Extra emails two - four times a year with more discounts and free offers. So make sure you have sign up for our newsletter.

Free trials.
We love creating new products and sometimes we need them tested before we load them onto our site. If you are a bronze silver or gold customer you can take part in one of our free trials.
Look out for notice on the front page for free trials.

How durable are our products?
We have had many customers ask what materials we use when making our products.
All Our paper based products are Quality photo printed on thick bright white or bright coloured card stock.
For laminating we use 100 - 125 mic heat film with a laminator that heats to 140 degrees.
All products are cut with a cutting machine for smooth rounded edges.

Quality Guaranteed 
We've had many of our customer that have brought products from other sources and have not been happy with their purchase.
Unfortunately some of these resources are made as a hobby and quality is not always priority.
Many resources or made from Copy paper and poor quality material. Often cut with scissors leaving sharp edges. Most products made this way just don't stand up to everyday use. 
Any resources/product you buy from Flashkidsnz are made  from High quality materials (see above)
If you are not happy with any product or resources please feel free to contact us for a full refund 

E Resource Warning
Many customers have ordered products from other sources  Expecting to receive them through the mail and have received  resources though email. This type of product is a "E Resources".
All E-Resources are copied to a PDF file from draw or word programs which can reduce visual quality.
With E-resources you need to print them out using card stock, a colour printer, cut them out, laminate, cut again then add Velcro or magnetic if required.
This all can take time (3-4 A4 pages could take you 1 hour or more to make) and you need to purchase Magnets, card sock, laminating sheets, a laminator if you don't have one, colour printer, ink and a very sharp pair of scissors or a disk cutter. All of these this could cost you over $450 to get started, plus the price of your resources.

All weighted products take 2-5 week as they are all made to order, some Autism resources that are personalized or made to individual requirements may take up to 2 week.
